Welcome to my website. Whether you are here to learn more about spinal cord injury, more about me, or are in search of a freelance writer, I welcome the opportunity to be of assistance to you.
I write both fiction and non-fiction. Everything from short stories to novels to self-help information books on spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and disability.
I considered the possibility of hiring a professional to design my website, but I decided to do it myself instead. After all, who knows more about me than me? The design of my website reflects my personality. It gives you more of a sense of the person I am without you having to travel across the country or across the world.
I spent a great deal of time studying other author's websites. I saw every layout and style I could imagine and more. A website is much like ice cream. The trick is to give you just enough to leave you satisfied, but not so much to make you sick.
I've got a pretty basic setup here. Just five pages for starters. No pages within pages. Reading someone's website shouldn't be like panning for gold in California in the mid 1800's.
Stay as long as you like. Sip your coffee or tea. I want you to be comfortable here.
I'll change things as things change in my life. I might build a blog page in the future if the notion strikes me. I might write things in green text. Who knows? It's my web page, right?
